Corporate Transfers

Account travel has a different problem to a one-off airport run: the same journeys repeat, several people need moving, and finance wants a number they can reconcile without chasing receipts. Our Manchester corporate transfers run on fixed fares, set on the distance between the pickup and drop-off postcodes and confirmed before the car moves, so every trip lands on the invoice as the figure that was agreed. There is no meter and no surge, and bookings need at least 36 hours’ notice, which is what lets us assign a named driver and a specific vehicle to each one. This page is the starting point for setting up a corporate transfer service on account.

Who books corporate transfers with us

  • Firms with regular airport runs for staff or visiting clients, where a fixed fare per route makes the travel line in a budget predictable quarter to quarter.
  • Teams travelling together to a conference, a site visit or a client meeting, sharing one MPV Executive rather than expensing four separate journeys.
  • PAs and office managers booking on behalf of others, who need one point of contact, a written confirmation for every trip, and a driver who has the itinerary rather than a rank car that does not.
  • Visiting clients and executives met at Manchester Airport with the flight tracked, so an early or delayed landing does not leave anyone standing in arrivals.

Corporate routes we cover

Corporate accounts most often book the longer inter-city and airport journeys. These route pages are live now, each with its own fixed fares and practical notes:

More long-distance and national airport routes (Sheffield, Heathrow, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh and others) are being added. If the journey you run regularly is not listed, send us the pickup and drop-off through the contact page and we will come back with a fixed rate, then add it as a named route on your account. You cannot self-publish a route; we set each one up with you.

Your corporate fare, fixed before you travel

Every corporate transfer is a fixed fare, worked out on the distance between the two postcodes and confirmed on the booking before anyone travels. It does not change if the motorway is slow or the meeting overruns the return time. There is no meter, no surge pricing and nothing to settle with the driver on the day. Waiting time, extra stops and meet and greet are quoted up front when they apply, so the invoice matches the confirmation line for line. Where a route touches Manchester or Liverpool airport, the airport pickup fee is included in the quoted figure rather than added later.

What a corporate transfer includes

One assigned driver and vehicle per booking, not a pool car. Flight tracking on any journey that starts or ends at an airport, so the driver works to the actual landing time, and meet and greet at the pickup point if you add it on the booking form. A waiting allowance is built in; anything beyond it is charged at a rate shown before you book. Every driver and vehicle is licensed and insured for the full journey, not a single council area.

Frequently asked questions

How are corporate transfers priced?

Every journey is a fixed fare, calculated by distance and confirmed before you travel. No meter, no surge pricing, no hidden extras. Enter your pickup and drop-off on the booking form for an instant quote.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We take bookings at least 36 hours before pickup, which is how we guarantee an executive vehicle and an assigned driver for every journey.

Can we set up an account with named routes and monthly billing?

Yes. Send us the journeys you run regularly through our contact form (choose Corporate travel) and we set them up as named routes with an agreed fixed fare. Trips are then consolidated onto a single monthly invoice with a reference per booking.

Can one person book on behalf of colleagues?

Yes. A PA or office manager can book any journey and nominate the passenger; the confirmation, driver details and any changes go to the booker, and the driver is briefed on who they are collecting.

Is the price per car or per person?

Per car. Up to four passengers share one fixed fare in a saloon or estate, or up to eight in the MPV Executive. There is no per-seat charge.

What happens if a client’s flight is delayed?

The driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup to the actual landing time. A waiting allowance covers passport control and baggage; only time beyond that is charged, at a rate agreed in advance.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Booking and payment are completed online when you confirm, so there is nothing to pay the driver on the day. Account customers are invoiced monthly instead.

Do you cover journeys in both directions?

Yes. Every route runs as the same fixed fare with pickup and drop-off swapped. Book both legs together if the return time is set.

Setting up a corporate account

To open an account, use the contact form and choose Corporate travel. Tell us your company, the routes or destinations you travel most, a rough monthly volume, and whether you would want monthly invoicing. We will come back with account terms and an agreed rate card. One-off journeys do not need an account — the instant-quote booking form covers those.
