The fare table states that this schedule applies “unless the fare was agreed between MCR Elite Transfers (the Operator) and the hirer at the time of the booking.” Every journey booked with us has a fixed price, agreed when you book and confirmed before you travel.
The fare table also states: “All contracts and booking arrangements to obtain the services of this vehicle will be deemed in law to have been made with MCR Elite Transfers (the Operator) and not with the driver or the proprietor.”
